What to expect
The details that matter
Everything here is the same wording we use when you book directly. If your travel desk needs it on letterhead, request the printable PDF from our downloads page.
Payment
Your stay is paid in full 7 days before arrival. We accept EFT, credit/debit card, or a secure payment link — whatever is easiest.
Same-day bookings
Same-day bookings are only allowed with cash or card payments.
Cancellation
Plans change. Cancel 14 or more days before arrival and we keep 50% of the total; cancel within 7 days and the full stay is charged.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in 14:00–21:00. Check-out 10:00. Late arrivals are by arrangement — just WhatsApp us if you land late and we'll make a plan. Late check-out is R100 for every hour or part thereof, by arrangement.
Breakfast
A full buffet breakfast is included in all rates, incl. VAT. Breakfast hours are flexible — as a guide we serve weekdays (Monday–Friday) from 07:00 and weekends & public holidays from 08:00, with earlier or later serving and breakfast packs for early departures available on request.
Smoking
Strictly no smoking in the rooms. Guests are welcome to use our many designated smoking areas at the two decks and the gazebo.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless specifically agreed in writing before arrival.

Booking with confidence
Payments processed securely by NightsBridge, our official booking partner. Book direct for our best rate, free date changes up to 14 days before arrival, and no third-party booking fees.
